Ski Performance Training | Online Strength & Conditioning for Skiers

Skier carving turns on a mountain, powered by targeted ski fitness and endurance training

Why Train for Skiing?

Skiing Demands More Than Just Cardio.

Skiing is a full-body sport that requires:

  • Lower Body strength to absorb impact

  • Core stability to handle dynamic turns

  • Balance and mobility to navigate varied terrain

  • Endurance for sustained effort at altitude

Off-the-slope training bridges the gap between strength and performance—so you can ski longer, stronger, and with fewer injuries.

My Ski Strength & Conditioning Program Focuses on:

  • Functional strength training for quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves

  • Core Conditioning and Rotational Power

  • Balance + Proprioception Drills

  • Plyometrics and Power Development

  • Flexibility and Mobility Routines

  • Altitude Conditioning Protocols (if relevant)

I can help you improve ski performance and reduce the risk of injury

Skiing puts a huge demand on the knees, hips, lower back and core. My programs focus on functional strength, rotational power, and single-leg control to help you move better on and off the slopes. I combine NSCA- and NASM-backed principles with real-world experience coaching skiers of all levels.

Ski Performance Training for ALL Levels

Whether you're carving groomers, hitting the backcountry, or preparing for a ski trip out west, your body needs strength, stability, and endurance to perform — and stay injury-free. My online ski training programs are designed to build power and control while improving mobility and joint resilience.

What You Get with My Online Ski Training Program

  • Your program is completely personalized based on your current fitness level, injury history, available equipment (whether that’s a full gym or just a few dumbbells), and your specific goals for ski season. Whether you're training for back-to-back resort days, a heli-skiing trip, or simply want to feel stronger and more confident on the mountain, your strength and mobility plan will support the way you move on snow.

  • Everything is delivered through a simple, intuitive training app where you can view your workouts, track progress, watch demo videos, and stay organized—all in one place. The app will also be our primary form of communication, making it easy for you to check in, ask questions, and share feedback as often as you’d like.

  • I’ll reach out each week to check in—so at minimum, we’ll always touch base. Whether it’s a quick message, a phone call, or a video chat, we’ll use whatever format works best for you. You’ll also have the option to send in videos of your lifts or movements so I can give personalized form feedback to help you train safely and effectively.

  • Your training plan isn’t static—it grows with you. We'll track your progress over time through the app, whether that’s strength improvements, increased mobility, or more confidence on the mountain. Based on your check-ins, feedback, and performance, I’ll make ongoing adjustments to your program to keep it effective, challenging, and aligned with your evolving ski goals.

  • Your plan is built around the space and equipment you have—whether that’s a fully stocked gym, a garage setup, or just a few weights in your living room. You don’t need fancy gear to get strong for ski season. I’ll design your workouts to be realistic, accessible, and effective no matter where you're training.
