Golf Performance Training | Build Strength, Mobility & Power through Online Training

Golf training session with personalized strength exercises

Why Train for Golf?

Golf might not look like a high-intensity sport, but it places serious demands on your body—especially when it comes to mobility, stability, and rotational strength. Without proper training, it’s easy to develop muscle imbalances, lose power in your swing, or struggle with nagging pain in your back, shoulders, or knees.

Training for golf isn’t about lifting heavy—it’s about moving better. A well-designed program helps you:

  • Increase swing power and control through core strength and hip mobility

  • Prevent injury by addressing movement restrictions and muscular imbalances

  • Improve consistency by building stability and endurance

  • Extend your longevity on the course so you can keep playing your best for years to come

Whether you’re playing competitively or just want to feel better through 18 holes, performance training gives your body the foundation it needs to support your game.

What You’ll Gain From Golf Performance Training:

  • Increase rotational power and core strength

  • Improve mobility in your hips, shoulders, and thoracic spine

  • Build better balance and control throughout your swing

  • Reduce pain or tightness in common areas like the lower back or knees

  • Train with purpose—so your body supports your game, not limits it

What You Get with My Online Golf Training Program

  • Your program is completely personalized based on your current fitness level, injury history, available equipment (whether that’s a full gym or just a few dumbbells), and your specific goals for your golf game. Whether you're preparing for your first 18 holes, a multi-day golf trip, or just want to feel stronger and more confident on the course, your strength and mobility plan will support the way you move through every swing.

  • Everything is delivered through a simple, intuitive training app where you can view your workouts, track progress, watch demo videos, and stay organized—all in one place. The app will also be our primary form of communication, making it easy for you to check in, ask questions, and share feedback as often as you’d like.

  • I’ll reach out each week to check in—so at minimum, we’ll always touch base. Whether it’s a quick message, a phone call, or a video chat, we’ll use whatever format works best for you. You’ll also have the option to send in videos of your lifts or movements so I can give personalized form feedback to help you train safely and effectively.

  • Your training plan isn’t static—it grows with you. We’ll track your progress over time through the app, whether that’s gains in strength, improved mobility, or more confidence in your swing. Based on your check-ins, feedback, and performance, I’ll make ongoing adjustments to your program to keep it effective, challenging, and aligned with your evolving golf goals.

  • Your plan is built around the space and equipment you have—whether that’s a fully stocked gym, a garage setup, or just a few weights in your living room. You don’t need fancy gear to get stronger for golf season. I’ll design your workouts to be realistic, accessible, and effective no matter where you’re training.
