What You Get with My Online Personal Training Program

  • Your program is completely personalized based on your current fitness level, injury history, available equipment (whether that’s a full gym setup or just a few dumbbells), and your unique health and fitness goals. Whether you're working toward building everyday strength, recovering from injury, or improving your overall mobility and confidence, your training plan will support the way you move through daily life and help you feel your best.

  • Everything is delivered through a simple, intuitive training app where you can view your workouts, track progress, watch demo videos, and stay organized—all in one place. The app will also be our primary form of communication, making it easy for you to check in, ask questions, and share feedback as often as you’d like.

  • I’ll reach out each week to check in—so at minimum, we’ll always touch base. Whether it’s a quick message, a phone call, or a video chat, we’ll use whatever format works best for you. You’ll also have the option to send in videos of your lifts or movements so I can give personalized form feedback to help you train safely and effectively.

  • Your training plan isn’t static—it evolves with you. We’ll track your progress over time through the app, whether that’s increases in strength, improved mobility, or greater confidence in your daily movement. Based on your check-ins, feedback, and performance, I’ll make ongoing adjustments to keep your program effective, challenging, and aligned with your changing goals and lifestyle.

  • Your plan is built around the space and equipment you have—whether that’s a fully stocked gym, a garage setup, or just a few weights in your living room. You don’t need fancy gear to get stronger and healthier. I’ll design your workouts to be realistic, accessible, and effective no matter where you’re training.

How It Works

Fill out my contact form so you can get in touch with me. The more information you can give me the better! We’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, any current/previous injuries, what equipment you have access to, etc.

Once you’ve picked a package and we’ve gone over it, I’ll get you set up on Trainerize. This will be the app I’ll use to share your program with you, communicate, and track your progress. If you have a fitness watch, you can link your stats.
